He set up Paperworks in the year 2008 as a speciality company focusing only on the supply of imported waste paper to meet the demands of the ever expanding number of paper mills in india and the sub-continent.

From products like steel, metals, fibres, foodgrains, silk and chemicals, the board of Paper works can probably boast of the finest experience of international trading all across the world. Pre-liberlization, we had concluded that waste paper would have tremendous growth story in the indian context. The huge potential that this solid super developing country has, is demonstrated by the fact that the quantity of waste paper imported annually has soared from 100000 tonnes to about 20 million tonnes. Doubtless, recovered fibre is the future.

Recycling UK Limited who are one of the largest Independent Recycling Companies in the United Kingdom are proud to be in partnership with Mumbai based Victory Paperworks India.
The partnership was inaugurated in March 2009 with Victory Creations/Paperworks acting as sole agents for Recycling UK in India, and likewise Recycling UK Limited will act as sole agents for them in the UK and Ireland as well as other selected EU countries.
Managing Director Neil Clarke said that it is an ideal partnership with people that we have built up a strong business understanding and friendship with over the last 8 years. Mr. Devang Vora and his son Hrishikesh with their professional approach have been instrumental in the partnership being so successful.
Commercial Director Simon Marsden thinks that India is the next growth market for export from the UK and he feels that the agreement with Paperworks will continue to give us the opportunity to market the material that we collect from our own processing facilities and our fast growing supplier base. Periodic visits are made to Indian mills in an effort to expand the customer base.
Steve Bell who is New Projects Director said that it will give us new opportunities for the sale of material from both commercial source tonnage suppliers and new start up projects.
Rachel Dharewal who is the Indian Sub-Continent Support Manager at Recycling Uk Ltd.’s Tarporley head office said that the professional and competent approach and help given by the Mumbai office helps us deal with the extra paperwork/bureaucracy involved and that ongoing help by Hrishikesh Vora enables efficient integration of Indian shipments into our organisation.
Paperworks' other interests within the Indian paper market also afford us the opportunity to market redundant reels, overruns and palletised material.

Oswestry Waste Paper
Operating out of Oswestry and servicing the Midlands, Shropshire, Staffordshire, North Wales and the North West of England our fully Licensed Waste Transfer Station provides safe, convenient and independent waste collection and disposal of paper, card boards and plastics. Our experienced team and fleet of vehicles collect weekly, fortnightly or monthly based upon your contractual needs. Bespoke collections are also available.
OWP also provide delivery and collection of skips, balers and compactors to meet all of your businesses recycling requirements with a current weekly tonnage in excess of 800 tons per week.
In the 1960s Irworth or “Yor” as he was known locally in Oswestry began subsidising his farm labourers income by collecting animal feedbags from local farmers and selling them on to North West based Paper mills. As this grew Yor invested in his first paper Baler and quickly signed his first major contract with Dairy Crest based in Wem.
Over the next 10 years the business expanded and quickly outgrew its home at Chapel House before moving to the Cambrian Works in Oswestry in 1976.
A further relocation was required to cater for the businesses growing client base and in 2000 Oswestry Waste Paper moved to a purpose built recycling facility at Mile Oak Industrial Estate.
From here Oswestry Waste Paper service an extensive client portfolio with a fleet of modern vehicles delivering and collecting over 300 skips and 800 tons of paper and plastic each week.
